 Body modifications
Ichigo's wrists and ankles were molded to look as if the ball joint were actually a separate ball between two pieces, which is not the case. I shaved and sanded the joints for a much smoother appearance.
Facial modifications
The area around Ichigo's eyes was shaved by his previous owner, and faceup artist Satoko Ohno made minor modifications to his face. Overall, he has a slightly softer look than most Eins.
Sueding and restringing
Ichigo was sueded and restrung using the Volks kit. I sincerely hope I never have to do this to a doll again as long as I live! However, it made a great improvement to his posability. Although he never had much trouble standing, he now stands very easily indeed and holds whatever pose I put him in. There was no need for wiring, so I didn't try it.

Faceup
Ichigo's faceup was painted by the talented Satoko Ohno using an airbrush. She also gave him human hair eyelashes.
